Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to the return eligibility criteria below if they wish to return an eligible product after delivery.


Return Policy

We accept returns only for eligible products and under the conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

  4. If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected:

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.

Shipping charges, gift wrap charges, or other service fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
